Returns: Our return window is open for 14 days from the date of your purchase. After this period, we regretfully cannot process any refunds.
To qualify for a return:
- The item should be in the same condition you received it, unused.
- It should be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or any valid proof of purchase must accompany your returned item.
Steps for Return:

- Our team will respond, providing you with the necessary return details and address.
- Once your return is received and checked, we'll notify you through email.
- Expect a credit to your account within 7-10 business days post the approval of the return.
Please note: Return shipping fees are the the customers responsibility. We do not refund shipping costs. For items valued over $75, it’s advisable to use a trackable shipping service or opt for shipping insurance, as we can't assure the receipt of the returned item without it.
Sale Items: Any item bought on sale isn't eligible for a refund.
Exchanges: We facilitate exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or show defects. If your order requires an exchange for the same product, contact us at service@theofficialtnicole.com. For defective or damaged items, we also offer a full refund option.
If you notice any damage upon receiving your order, promptly email us at service@theofficialtnicole.com. Do provide your order number and attach a photograph highlighting the damage for faster assistance.
